Karen Patterson Elected Treasurer of Episcopal Church Women

SALT LAKE CITY – Karen Patterson, a lay leader in the Diocese of Southwest Florida and member of St. Mary’s Dade City, today was elected treasurer of the National Episcopal Church Women board.

Karen has served as ECW Diocesan President, Province IV President, Province IV Representative to the National Church Periodical Club Board, Women of Vision Presenter for the circular model of leadership, Delegate to Triennial two terms, Tampa Deanery Director and faithfully continues to support the work of the Episcopal Church Women Diocese of Southwest Florida.

On the national level Karen was on the planning committee for a conference of women in Honduras with Bishop and Diana Frade and served on the Standing Committee on National Concerns for The Episcopal Church.

Karen Patterson is a wife, mother of three sons, and grandmother of ten. She is a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Dade City, Florida where she chairs the Nets For Life program.
